Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, photographer Judy McAdoo-Pelton moved to the Finger Lakes of Upstate New York in 2001 and was captivated by the incredible beauty found around every bend in the road. She has spent the last 20 years promoting tourism of the Finger Lakes and Central New York as well as Maine, Northern California and many beautiful places in between.
Judy is a professional writer and photographer and her work has appeared in numerous publications. Those include Budget Travel Magazine, Food and Wine Magazine, AAA Magazine, I LOVE NY State Tourism publications, Gannett News, Life in the Finger Lakes Magazine, Wine Spectator, Seneca Lake Wine Trail, Bay Area Backroads/Open Road with Doug McConnell, Wine Enthusiast Magazine, The National Park Service, California State Parks, New York State Park Service and many other news and tourism agencies. Judy also has a great love of graphic posters--especially the WPA National Parks Posters. These provided the inspiration for the artwork of her graphic posters. Brilliant colors and modern design round out her work. We hope you enjoy these images. |
